“Yashil Energiya” llc to purchase inverters from Huawei
A contract signing ceremony was held at the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan between Yashil Energiya LLC and Huawei for the supply of inverters as part of national renewable energy deployment projects.

“Huawei has been strengthening its ties with ecosystem and energy partners since the beginning of this year. A delegation from the Ministry of Energy visited Huawei’s headquarters in China, where they were introduced to the company’s exhibition hall and the production facilities of its solar technology factory. During the Uzbekistan-China Business Forum held in Xi'an, a memorandum was signed outlining further steps to expand Huawei’s energy solutions in Uzbekistan. Today’s agreement marks another important step in the country’s transition toward carbon neutrality,” noted Mr. Chen Zhiqi, Huawei’s Director in Uzbekistan.
Huawei Digital Power’s solutions have been utilized in Uzbekistan for several years in projects introducing photovoltaic technologies in large-scale industrial power plants, the commercial and industrial sectors, and local solar power systems. Huawei inverters were also showcased at the Uzbekistan-China Achievements Exhibition held in Xi'an on May 19, 2023, at the Ministry of Energy’s booth as a successful example of cooperation.
Earlier, in January 2023, a delegation from the Ministry of Energy visited Huawei’s headquarters and toured the Huawei Digital Power manufacturing facilities. Since 2021, Huawei Digital Power has focused on clean energy generation, transport electrification, and the development of green ICT infrastructure. By the end of 2022, Huawei had helped its customers generate over 695.1 billion kWh of green energy and reduce energy consumption by 19.5 billion kWh, which is equivalent to preventing 340 million tons of CO₂ emissions.
