October 21 — Uzbek Language Day
The language of every nation embodies its history, national identity, and future. It preserves cultural heritage, shared values, and the connection between generations.
On October 21, 1989, Uzbek was granted the status of the state language. Today, this date is celebrated as Uzbek Language Day, reflecting respect for our native language and national heritage.
The Uzbek language continues to evolve with the times and is increasingly used in fields such as science, technology, and energy. Terms such as “solar power plant,” “renewable energy,” and “green economy” reflect the role of our language in modern development.
As we work towards a greener future, we share a responsibility to preserve the richness of our native language, expand its use across different fields, and pass it on to future generations.
The Yashil Energiya team warmly wishes everyone a Happy Uzbek Language Day! May our native language continue to flourish as our country moves confidently towards a brighter future.
