2023

2023-02-16 "Yashil Energiya" LLC was established based on Presidential Decree No. 57 of 2023 on accelerating the introduction of renewable energy sources and energy-saving technologies.

By the end of 2023, the capacity of the PV plants installed and operated by "Yashil Energiya" LLC exceeded 20,000 kW.

2024

In order to contribute to the "green" economy, "Yashil Energiya" LLC has established departments of mini and micro hydropower plants and electric vehicle charging stations.

By the end of 2024, the capacity of PV stations owned by "Yashil Energiya" LLC exceeded 48,000 kW.

2025

2025-09-24 Acquisition of a 51% stake in "Yashil Energiya" LLC by the Emirati company "GSU".

2025-09-29 the company transitioned to a new ownership structure and was reorganized as the joint venture "JV Yashil Energiya LLC".

A 280 kW solar photovoltaic power station launched in Quyi Chirchiq district

Today, the Ministry of Energy launched the first power station for the residents of Abay mahalla in Quyi Chirchiq district, funded through grant resources. The station will generate 420,000 kWh of electricity annually.
