“Yashil Energiya” llc begins installation of small-scale solar power plants
In accordance with the instructions given during the recent meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Yashil Energiya LLC has launched the rapid installation of small-capacity solar photovoltaic power stations across the country to meet the needs of social, governmental, and institutional facilities.
Specifically:
- A 50 kW solar station is being installed at a medical facility in Buka District, Tashkent Region;
- A 20 kW station at the Presidential School in Oqqo‘rg‘on District;
- A 100 kW station at a medical institution in Margilan City, Fergana Region;
- Two medical facilities in Andijan City are receiving a total of 200 kW solar capacity.
In addition, similar solar PV installations are being implemented at other social sector facilities throughout the regions of Uzbekistan.
As a reminder, Yashil Energiya LLC was established under Presidential Decree No. PQ-57 dated February 16, 2023. The company is responsible for the installation and operation of renewable energy systems at social and government facilities funded by the state budget.
