Yashil Energiya LLC JV is a leading renewable energy company in Uzbekistan, focused on developing solar power, EV charging infrastructure, and micro-hydropower projects. In September 2025, Global South Utilities (GSU) from the United Arab Emirates acquired a 51% stake in Yashil Energiya, marking GSU’s first renewable energy investment in the CIS region. The joint venture combines strong local expertise with international experience to expand the company’s renewable energy portfolio, currently totaling around 130 MW of installed solar capacity, with ambitious plans for further growth and diversification.
