On April 30, 2023, during a national referendum, our people, demonstrating high political awareness, legal culture, and worldview, adopted a new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This has laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of our statehood in the socio-political, socio-economic, and judicial-legal spheres.

The new version of the Constitution includes 27 new articles, bringing the total number of articles from 128 to 155. This means that there are 434 more articles in the current version than in the previous one. It's worth noting that the Constitution has been updated by about 65%.

This year, the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan is being widely celebrated in our country with the main theme: "The Constitution is the key to a free and prosperous life!". As part of the program approved by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's decree dated October 17, 2024, "on the preparation and holding of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan", a series of organizational, practical, cultural, educational, and legal events are taking place.

In this regard, "Yashil Energiya" LLC also organized a seminar under the theme "The Constitution as a Key to a Free and Comfortable Life!". During the event, Jabbarov Razzak, the company's Chief Legal Adviser, spoke to the company's employees about the recent changes to our Constitution and how the company's operations, similar to those of other organizations, are protected under the law. We also discussed possible legal solutions for future challenges in our industry.
