2023-02-16 "Yashil Energiya" LLC was established based on Presidential Decree No. 57 of 2023 on accelerating the introduction of renewable energy sources and energy-saving technologies.
By the end of 2023, the capacity of the PV plants installed and operated by "Yashil Energiya" LLC exceeded 20,000 kW.

In order to contribute to the "green" economy, "Yashil Energiya" LLC has established departments of mini and micro hydropower plants and electric vehicle charging stations.
By the end of 2024, the capacity of PV stations owned by "Yashil Energiya" LLC exceeded 48,000 kW.

2025-09-24 Acquisition of a 51% stake in "Yashil Energiya" LLC by the Emirati company "GSU".
2025-09-29 the company transitioned to a new ownership structure and was reorganized as the joint venture "JV Yashil Energiya LLC".

All newsIn April 2025, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a law on the country’s accession to the Agreement on the Establishment of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB). As a result, Uzbekistan became the seventh member of the Bank. Within the framework of this cooperation, an official EDB representative office was recently opened in Tashkent, creating new opportunities for deepening interaction and implementing joint investment projects.
“Yashil energiya” organized a specialized practical training seminar on occupational health and safety for contractor organizations.
As part of the cooperation between Tashkent State Technical University, GSU and Yashil energiya, the dual education program aimed at training a new generation of specialists in renewable energy continues to develop successfully.
