2023-02-16 "Yashil Energiya" LLC was established based on Presidential Decree No. 57 of 2023 on accelerating the introduction of renewable energy sources and energy-saving technologies.
By the end of 2023, the capacity of the PV plants installed and operated by "Yashil Energiya" LLC exceeded 20,000 kW.

In order to contribute to the "green" economy, "Yashil Energiya" LLC has established departments of mini and micro hydropower plants and electric vehicle charging stations.
By the end of 2024, the capacity of PV stations owned by "Yashil Energiya" LLC exceeded 48,000 kW.

2025-09-24 Acquisition of a 51% stake in "Yashil Energiya" LLC by the Emirati company "GSU".
2025-09-29 the company transitioned to a new ownership structure and was reorganized as the joint venture "JV Yashil Energiya LLC".

All newsWithin the framework of the cooperation memorandum signed between Tashkent State Technical University (TSTU) and the “Yashil Energiya” Joint Venture LLC, students from the Faculty of Energy, specializing in Renewable Energy Sources, paid a practical visit to the company.
An official training seminar on occupational health and safety and fire safety regulations was conducted at Yashil Energiya as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
Currently, representatives of Yashil Energiya are actively participating in an international forum dedicated to sectoral development and business and investment cooperation.
